Software built for the people who actually run the school.
Our story
e-SchoolBase started with a simple observation: the people who actually run a school spend an extraordinary amount of their week on work that software should have absorbed years ago. Attendance in one register, marks in another, marksheets typed by hand, and a year-end promotion process that consumes most of a month.
Rather than build another dashboard, we built the system around the thing a school year already has — an academic session. Classes are set up at the start of it, terms and exams run through it, and it closes with students promoted into the next session in a single guided pass.
Everything since has followed the same rule: if a task is repetitive, the software should do it in bulk. Import students from a spreadsheet. Generate roll numbers. Reuse exam patterns. Produce marksheets automatically. Draft a question paper with AI so an evening becomes a few minutes.
To give schools back the hours they lose to administration, so their staff can spend that time on students instead.
