Plans are priced by the number of students on your roll, so a school of three hundred pays for three hundred rather than for capacity it will never use. Usage is always visible inside your account.
No setup fee on either plan. Onboarding and data migration assistance is included with Premium and quoted with the plan rather than added afterwards.
You can move up a plan at any point during the academic session and only pay the difference for the remainder of the year. Nothing is interrupted and no data is re-entered.
Payments are handled securely online through your account, with plan and usage details visible at all times so there are no surprises at renewal.
